Recruitment Process Outsourcing or in house support
My recruitment process works as follows:
- We either meet in person or have a video call.
- I then receive your brief and official go ahead.
- Start search, which means looking for the right candidates but also interviewing them personally. This in order to get a feel for them, make sure they fit with your company culture and values, are interested and available and are within your budget.
- I will then make a shortlist for you of the best candidates.
- If you are happy, I will set up a convenient interview time with your preferred candidates.
- After this, both you and the candidate will let me know how the interview went. If you are both happy, you get them onboard of your team.
